1. Introduction
Welcome to SNOWCERI LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between SNOWCERI LLC ("we", "us", or "our") and the client ("you" or "your") regarding our event planning and coordination services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Services
SNOWCERI LLC provides professional event planning, curation, and coordination services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal. We reserve the right to decline services that fall outside our core competencies or ethical standards.
3. Bookings & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date on our calendar. Final payment schedules will be specified in your agreement. All payments must be made in US Dollars via our approved payment methods. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the suspension or termination of our services.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Requests for cancellations or significant changes to the event details must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees apply as determined by the proximity of the cancellation date to the scheduled event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes, subject to our availability and potentially additional fees.
5. Event Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary information, access to venues, and final approvals in a timely manner. SNOWCERI LLC is not responsible for delays or service failures caused by the client's failure to provide required elements or for the performance of third-party vendors hired directly by the client.
6. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNOWCERI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
7. Intellectual Property
All concepts, designs, drawings, and documents produced by SNOWCERI LLC remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials solely for the purpose of their specific event. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of our designs is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or failing that, through binding arbitration or the courts of Georgia.
